Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Fast Gloo Wall (“the App”) collects, how it’s used, and your choices.
1) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Fast Gloo Wall Android application distributed via Google Play, and to any support services we provide for it.
2) Accessibility Service Disclosure
The App offers an optional Android Accessibility Service that, when you explicitly enable it in system settings, can perform limited, user-initiated auto-clicks on specific areas of the screen to assist with in-game actions (e.g., battleground gameplay).
- Purpose & scope: Only to automate taps you request while you are actively using the App during gameplay.
- No continuous/background monitoring: The service is not used when you are not interacting with the App. It does not run actions when the App is closed or minimized (beyond standard Android foreground requirements, if any).
- No keystroke logging or text collection: We do not record your keystrokes, passwords, messages, or on-screen content. We only detect the minimal UI events needed to trigger the auto-click you requested.
- No screen content storage: We do not capture or store screenshots or screen text/content.
- Full user control: You can turn the service on or off anytime in Settings > Accessibility > Fast Gloo Wall. The App functions without the service, but some automation features will be unavailable.
This disclosure is provided to meet Google Play’s requirements for AccessibilityService. The service must not be used for fraud, stealth monitoring, or any purpose other than the user-facing accessibility/automation features described above.
3) Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information directly such as your name, email, or phone number within the App.
Depending on your device settings and the SDKs you opt into, the following information may be collected automatically or by our service providers:
- Device & App Info: device model, OS version, app version, language, country, crash/performance data.
- Usage Data: feature interactions (e.g., screens visited, session duration) to improve stability and user experience.
- Advertising Identifiers: advertising ID and related signals for ad delivery/measurement by our ad partners. You can reset/limit this in device settings.
4) Third-Party Services
We use the following providers to deliver ads and related services. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies:
- Meta Audience Network (Facebook) — Policies & Privacy • Privacy Policy
- ironSource / Unity LevelPlay — Privacy Policy
If we later add or remove providers, we will update this section. We do not use Google AdMob.
5) App Permissions
The App may request certain Android permissions to function as intended. We request only what is necessary.
- INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — fetch online resources and ads.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+) — show optional notifications (if implemented and you grant permission).
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE — keep specific features running while the app is in use (if applicable).
- SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (“Draw over other apps”) — only if an on-screen overlay/floating tool is needed for gameplay assistance; overlay content is not stored.
- BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE — enable the optional accessibility automation described above.
You can review and revoke permissions anytime in Settings > Apps > Fast Gloo Wall > Permissions.
6) How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s features and performance.
- Monitor and fix crashes, errors, and security issues.
- Deliver, measure, and improve advertising (subject to your device settings and applicable consent flows).
- Comply with legal obligations and Google Play policies.
8) Retention
We retain analytics/operational data only as long as needed for the purposes stated or as required by law. Each provider applies its own retention periods—see their policies.
9) Your Choices
- Advertising preferences: reset or limit ad personalization in Settings > Google > Ads (device-specific paths may vary).
- Permissions: grant or revoke app permissions in Android settings; toggle the Accessibility Service anytime in Settings > Accessibility.
- Opt-out: if the App does not include an in-app toggle for analytics/ads personalization, uninstalling the App stops all collection by the App.
- Access/Deletion Requests: contact us to request access to or deletion of information we control.
10) Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us for deletion.
11) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12) Region-Specific Rights
EEA/UK: You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to object or request portability, subject to exceptions. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not “sell” personal information as defined by CCPA. To exercise rights of access or deletion, contact us.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Effective date” above. Material changes may also be noted in-app.
